Really enjoyed living here. One of the best apartments in the area. Very helpful leasing staff all throughout my lease term. Beautiful pool area and a nice gym as well.

We haven’t rented in over 50 years. But we sold our villa at the right time and moved in to 5300 until we decide what we’re going to do. The staff is awesome, always there to answer questions and any concerns. We have the best apartment on the corner across from the City Hall, up high and see beautiful sunsets. It’s like being on vacation. Great amenities. Family and friends are impressed, tell us it’s like a resort. Appreciate the security and convenience of the elevator. We love the coffee bar

I was the first person to live in my apartment when I moved in last November. This is by far the BEST complex in the area. The office staff and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. I have lived in a lot of complexes and 5300 Centre is the BEST. The complex has top notch amenities (the rooftop area and pool are amazing). The hallways are cleaned daily and always smell amazing (they even have automatic air freshener that releases scents all day).

Wonderful apartment complex in St. Peters! The property manager and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Units are nice, modern, and very clean on move-in. The pool is a must-go during warmer months and the new outdoor patios are perfect for spending time outside. Great experience here!
