The staff is awesome, always there to answer questions and any concerns. We have the best apartment on the corner across from the City Hall, up high and see beautiful sunsets. I was the first person to live in my apartment when I moved in last November. This is by far the BEST complex in the area. The office staff and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. I have lived in a lot of complexes and 5300 Centre is the BEST. The complex has top notch amenities (the rooftop area and pool are amazing). The hallways are cleaned daily and always smell amazing (they even have automatic air freshener that releases scents all day).
